The remains of a circa-1814 cotton mill in the imaginatively named Cotton Hollow, approximately in the geographic center of Connecticut.

This is one of the largest ruins I’ve seen from that era. Most are just bits of foundations, including the others sprinkled through hollow, which was an early American industrial park.
