I’m chuffed with the detail here, but then I should be as it was so close I had to use a 13mm extension tube to get her in focus (resulting in such a narrow DOF). The light direction wasn't optimum, but still adequate, I guess.
Taken the other day in the heart of Somerset at Peter Spencer’s hide that allows you sit below the water level (shooting at water level)....…a marvellous piece of building, Peter!! Pete has also built a great woodland hide and now a Raptor hide, which are all maturing well.
