Fossil Falls. No water here but you will find some amazing volcanic rocks surrounding a gorge that makes this stop a must when your traveling up Hwy 395. Located just east of the Sierra's this place is great for a day trip stop. At night this is a night sky photographers worst nightmare. Everywhere you step can be your last as this gorge is plenty deep and precarious.
