Although you can't see, many of these books are full of post it notes where, over the years, we have encouraged children to choose meals they would like to try.

I love weekends - even if I am still rushing around, i do have time to make, then actually sit and eat a nice breakfast. Garlic mushrooms with runny egg cooked on them, and spinach. Washed down with a large mug of strong (decaff) coffee.
