I had a lovely pre conference walk around. So many pictures. Hmmm. i think some will become monos for the 100x project
However, this is my fave for the day.
It was very windy walking across the famous moving bridge.

on the advice of a Flickr member, thank you Helen Orozco, I managed to get to the Sky Garden on a 'walk in'.
the views are spectacular (and it is free!). I even had the most expensive glass of white wine at the bar.
However, the light was challenging particularly through a dirty perspex screen. Looking into the sun here the sky blew out. But there is something apocalyptic about the Shard towering above everything else. So I played and darkened it to give that 'Bladerunner feel'.
I think it works (not sure) but would be grateful for your thoughts on this interpretation!
