- Dunstanburgh at night -
I headed up to Dunstandburgh castle last night with some local photographers in the hope of capturing the Aurora, which was forecast to make possible appearance. As time passed by, and the temperatures dipped, I headed onto the aptly named 'Death Rocks' to see what I could capture.
In the pitch of night, with menacing waves, I must admit I was particularly apprehensive, especially since a photographer has fractured his leg on these rocks not that long ago, according to my buddy.
Never the less, I endured. And, as is often the case, the cold magically disappeared once I began working the camera
