Certainly not one of my better days despite sitting in a hide with fellow photographers where we were all clicking away when this young kingfisher turned up.

I usually delete many images but today when we got back home to see what I had clicked I was to be perfectly honest disappointed.

My husband however encouraged me and we set about going through the memory card and saving what were the better images and here they are .

Cannot pout my finger on what was wrong but I am determined if the opportunity arises to have another go .
