This stunning building is also one the the Historic landmarks located around the edge of Madison Square in Savannah.
It was designed by Wyman Witcover who was also responsible for the present City hall here .Built in 1913 and located at 314 Bull Street.
A clear image of this structure in all of its grandeur is almost impossible due to its location and the many trees people etc in the way at street level.A jewel of architecture.
