this is the view from the second platform looking down on the first.The main fall is to the left the one pictured here with quite a bit still towards the top of this image.You can just see where the waters are coming in from the other fall on the right next to the platform.
The leaves were falling continually as I was trying to line up my shots so the reds leaves are throughout this presentation,such a perfectly beautiful day,am missing it already with plans to go back again next fall...

Hi all,I made it back and had a wonderful time in Autumns splendor! So much color it was almost overwhelming ! I haven't seen autumn in the mountains since I was a child and that was quite a few years back
!I captured this image with the camera just trying to get to the sky!Amazing what we miss just looking straight ahead.
Will visit you all in the next few days.Please be patient,as I also have quite a bit to do in gardens and helping my daughter move into a new home,looking forward to seeing every ones postings I missed due to horrible on and off reception in the mountains but awesome images EVERYWHERE!

sooo much color everywhere ,this half a mile hike was quite invigorating first thing in the morning,a great way to wake up to the 36 degree temps we were met with also straight up! We came out of clothes quickly! Also carrying a 15 lb backpack!
Doesn't sound like much until you do it and quite a change of landscape from the FLAT landscape I'm accustomed to.No way you could be overweight living there!

Hi guys, this will be my last upload before I leave to go out of town ,heading to the mountains to spend time with family and get some badly needed R+R.
Got online months ago looking for the perfect bag now that my lens collection has grown.Got tired of always shifting things around to different bags and carrying more than one.Did a lot of research and decided on the Kata brand,a bit pricy but was able to get quite a great price AND rebate when I bought from Amazon.LOVE IT! This is the Bumblebee 220 model I would call it midsized.Its a backpack one of the lightest on the market and was designed by people who designed for the military troops,Amazing storage compartments including my lunch.
This is my third bag and hopefully my last.Can also check it out on U-Tube and reviews from other users.
As far as shoes go I HATE hot shoes and decided on these hikers from Adidas because they were extremely lightweight and comfortable.Have a super week my friends and capture many wonderful scenes.
