User / Rita Crane Photography / Rita Crane Photography: Jean XXIII Garden on a Rainy Afternoon, Notre Dame, Paris
Rita Crane / 763 items
On my way to visit Notre Dame it started to rain. Out came the umbrellas, out came my camera! I found a spot where the trees spoke to me of symmetry and beauty, then waited for people to fill the stage. There were several different groups that came and went .... large groups in a hurry ........Then for a very short and special moment the scene quieted down and only these three passersby appeared. Two of them stopped for a while to enjoy watching the Seine below. They were moving very slowly and enjoying, like I was, the soft gentle rain on a peaceful Paris afternoon in this little garden right next to the magnificent cathedral of Notre Dame.
