Not an ordinary day. We came after the Canyon Wren but the film crew distracted us. This park has a long history with movies going back to silent films.
I was fearful that we would be turned away from our destination. I was already rehearsing my comeback should any of these rent-a-guards tell me where I can and can't go.
Climbing ropes were right where I imagined a Violet-green Swallow would make a home. Equipment was strewn about. Somebody was holding the biggest reflector I've ever seen to make the lighting perfect on the rock climber actor. (note to self: have Jerry carry a 6 ft tall reflector to make my light perfect) W9 got the intel... and perhaps you will see a bit of what we saw this day in a new Jeep commercial.
