I guess it's about time for the obligatory shots of autumn. Some of the areas around here on the west coast have passed their peak as far as the intensity of the hue is concerned, however, and the only thing left with any brilliance is the juniper or tamarack. But, down here on the lower Humber, there's still plenty of eye-catching color. I haven't been shooting any of it until today, though ... other things have been keeping me busy and the weather hasn't exactly been co-operative anyway what with rain, drizzle, and fog being the order of the day. Even in this shot you can see that the skies are overcast and fog is shrouding the tops of the hills. The sun almost came out for a few seconds while I was down here and brightened it up a little ... almost. Then it began to rain. A typical fall day. Hope you enjoy these next few shots I'll upload. It's beautiful here on the west coast of the province during all seasons ... but, perhaps just a little more so during autumn.
