A fishing boat returns to port in the early evening in Depot Bay, Oregon. My wife (Shelly) and I spent a long weekend on the Oregon Coast in celebration of our 35th wedding anniversary. The beach is our favorite place on earth.

I've photographed this schoolhouse in the past. Since I was in the area during a recent road trip I decided to revisit and shoot from a different perspective.
I was pleased with how it turned out with Washington States' Mount Adams in the background.

It's been several months since I took my camera on a road trip. The summer heat made me want to just stay home. Plus, our house was remodeled and, with a pandemic still going on, I decided to take a break from photography for a while. It was nice to get back at it, again. I felt refreshed as I visited one of my favorite places. How I love autumn.

Well, maybe fraternal but, certainly not identical as the left "twin" is taller and has a big hole. This rock formation is called Twin Rocks and is located in the unincorporated community of Twin Rocks just south of Rockaway Beach on the Oregon Coast.
I shot this just after the sun rose over the mountains east of the ocean.
