For many years Portland has been nicknamed "Stumptown". In fact, there's a new Cobie Smulders TV series of the same name that's based in Portland. Over the last few years, though, Portland has taken on a different identity.

With the array of possible two-wheeled rentals, whether bicycle or scooter, the city really has become a "Biketown". And, if you would rather own your own, there is that possibility, also. As the scooter riders wait for the light to turn green there's a truck pulling a trailer that's just chock-full of used bikes for sale also waiting behind them.
