Another human statue has made their way to Portland. This person is not from Oregon but, travels from city to city. It's the first time I'd encountered this particular act. When money is placed in the box the statue comes alive and reaches for a fortune and hands it to you. I've seen variations of this in the past. Instead of silver, like Portland's own Mr. Statue, this figure is bronze.
