Max Capps leads a heat down the 2013 Catalina Island Classic course. This was the second year Riviera Skateboards has held the downhill longboarding event on the island. I for sure plan to attend every event in the future.

This was my second year at the Barrett Junction Outlaw race. Last year I set up a camera and did a quick and dirty star trail shot last year.
This year I had the plan to use the TriggerTrap app to do some star trails but a little mistake with my settings and I was only shooting 30sec exposures. There were 83 exposures when I figured out my mistake and stopped the app. So essentially, these were triggered with the TriggerTrap Mobile app, but I left my camera in manual on a 30sec exposure... DOH! haha

I used this location for a photoshoot with Ryan Martin awhile ago. The other day I saw a new piece of graffiti on the wall that would be perfect for a shoot with Tokahe Hamil, or Toke for short.Toke plays paintball with the professional team Ironmen.
