Image Description: |
Castolon Peak and Cactus Plants. I took several images at this roadside pull off. What I wanted to capture was a view of this peak but include some nearby plants. So I closed down the aperture and worked to get as much as I could in focus. I liked how the greens and yellows of the cactus plants complemented the red and browns of the peak. One can really see the layers and layers of the volcanic past in Big Bend National Park. |
