Well after many months it’s finally done, being one of my favorite planes I wanted to take my time with it. It’s based on Battle of Britain Hurricanes including the tail and nose markings of the 615 Squadron but with pre-war production scheme.
Overall I’m really happy with how this turned out, probably one of my best if I say so myself, but with school, tennis and work, I didn’t get much time to work on it this past year. But while I’m already working on 2 more planes, it’s going to be a while before I post any other full build.
As always C&F is appreciated

The Yokosuka MXY-7 Ohka ("cherry blossom”) was a purpose-built, rocket-powered human-guided kamikaze attack aircraft. It was employed by Japan against advancing Allied ships towards the end of World War II. It’s recorded that one Ohka sank the US radar picket destroyer USS Mannert L. Abele after achieving a direct hit, however Ohkas still very rarely hit their targets.
First 1:45 version I believe. Just a fun little build. All I need now is for someone to build a G4M to go with it :D
C&F appreciated.as always.

The Polikarpov I-16 was a Soviet fighter aircraft of revolutionary design; it was the world's first low-wing cantilever monoplane fighter with retractable landing gear to attain operational status and as such "introduced a new vogue in fighter design." The I-16 was introduced in the mid-1930s and formed the backbone of the Soviet Air Force at the beginning of World War II. The diminutive fighter, nicknamed "Ishak" or "Ishachok" ("Donkey" or "Burro") by Soviet pilots, figured prominently in the Second Sino-Japanese War, the Battle of Khalkhin Gol and the Spanish Civil War – where it was called the Rata ("Rat") by the Nationalists or Mosca ("Fly") by the Republicans.

Well sorry for my absence guys, as some of you may know I've had this little dude semi-finished since September, however a lack of motivation and inspiration almost made me dismantle it after I changed the wing design. However I couldn't let myself do it, so I decided to finish it this weekend after getting back. As usual I didn't have enough dark green pieces to give it that 1930s color so I decided to go with an all LBG design to make it uniform until I make a Bricklink order.
Overall I'm really happy with this one, first 1:45 scale I-16 I've seen so I'm glad I was able to capture its shape as well as I think I did.
Feedback and Comments are as always appreciated.

Not dead guys, but with my first semester of college I wasn’t able to bring any Legos with me so therefore this sat in my desk back at home for the past 4 months.
It’s going to be a Suez Crisis British Venom once I actually get back into building it which I hope happens during the break.
Feedback is greatly appreciated and Happy Holidays!
