The Arabian conquest of Egypt took place starting in AD 639, and steadily the forces of the Muslim world advanced closer and closer to the heart of that once powerful country.

An Arabian watcher, overlooking the remaining glory of Memphis, before the Arabian army passes through it in 641.

This is a build that I really have been working on for a long time! I hope you like this reworked version, and you can expect more Egyptian builds sometime in the future. All the glory to God!

This is an entry into the category Africa of the Summer Joust, showing the white walls of Memphis and the ruins of the Pyramid. I think this is my favorite microscale build ever! I started building it during the Iron Builder round at the start of June as a double dip, but it was a long time before I completed this Summer Joust version. But I was determined to highlight the rich blue of the Pyramid that cost me so much work! I hope you like it!
