I recently had the pleasure of a planned meet up with fellow Flickerite Mark Waidson.
This location had been arranged over a drink (coffee) a couple of days earlier as we watched the heavens open which continued for the rest of that day.☕️☔️
On the evening we met up here, rain and moody lighting, plus strong winds were the order of the day. Undeterred, we both chose our preferred spots for compositions.😉
The rain was sweeping across the horizon as can be seen in this shot.
As you know Mark is well into his astro photography, he asked if I was staying long after the sun had gone down to which I replied, “I have to get back and read Hoof & Horace their bedtime story”.🌟🌟🌟🐎🐷📘📕
Mark did mention he did get wet during his astro shots☔️😁
H & H were unable to come on this particular evening as they had been watching one of the last episodes of Poldark.
As you know, Hoof stunt doubles for Captain Poldark’s horse Seamus, and Horace organises the drinking scenes in the old pubs.🏇🍻
I will leave you with this thought, we have just booked our Christmas pantomime tickets.
If Cinderella’s shoe fitted so perfectly, why did it fall off ?💃👠😜
