The bluebells have come around so quickly. At their peak about a fortnight early. So yesterday I dragged myself out of bed at 4am to capture the spectacle.

It was worth the effort as because of the rain there was a beautiful green canopy which is often a bit behind.

Bluebell photography is tricky. Out of the 50 pictures I took I'm only happy with about three. Also if anyone can recommend a lens compatible with Canon R6 that produces lovely sharp starbursts please let me know.

I was treated to an epic sunrise at Christchurch Quay this morning which felt long overdue!

I woke up late so the normal chaos getting myself out of the house, breaking speed limits etc...
