I know Flickr is going through a bad period presently and many of you are disillusioned with the platform and thinking of calling it a day, but before you do...
A few of you have already mentioned another day out again, which would be the perfect remedy for all the doom and gloom at the moment, so I'm happy to start the ball rolling here and now. Obviously, London seems to be the ideal location for most to reach by train, but personally I'm happy with other suggestions first and foremost. The last two meet ups have been roundabout the 7th/8th of April (just before Easter weekend) and with Easter falling later this year may I suggest the following dates to gauge interest and availability
Sat 6th, Sat 13th, Sat 27th or Star Wars day... Sat May 4th
One thing... last year's trip was a bit of a marathon of locations so I would dearly like to compress this year's trip to a couple of locations to allow for photography and the compulsory food and drink time. Brick Lane has been suggested as a location for street art and street photography with the City close by (Lloyds, Gherkin, Leadenhall Market).
