Spending a few days in Scarborough. It's darned cold at the moment and we have been dodging snow showers!
And hilly, very very hilly, made me realise just how unfit I have become! But there's a huge sense of achievement in the fact that it didn't actually kill me!

btw, if you ever find yourself there with 90mins on your hands, do the Blue Route Beatles bus tour. Voted 10th best tour attraction in the World on Trip Advisor for a reason. We toured, we laughed, we learned and we sang! Best bus trip ever!!

Just outside Bangor, this is a formidable place to visit! Built in the Gothic Revival style, I was very surprised to find that it wasn't a Norman Fortress but actually finished less than 200 years ago!

One of my favourite places to go, Hell's Mouth just outside Abersoch. There's nothing there, no cafes or shops or loos but just this wonderful bay that probably looked the same a hundred years ago!
There is something about it's geographic make up that makes the waves just that bit more intense meaning it's a very popular destination for surfers. And regular readers will know that I have spent many happy hours stalking, no, artistically photographing said surfers.
Not too many out on this occasion but enough to feed the addiction!
