I found this beautiful caterpillar while hiking down to the beach at Mermaid's Chair on St. Thomas. It was probably more than 3 to 4 inches long. Made me wonder what he (she) will look like as an adult. Anyone recognize it? Being orginally from California, and now Indiana, I had no idea. After doing a bit of research, I think I found it. I thought I'd try a panorama with my cell phone of the hilly streets of Charlotte Amalie. I believe this photo was made up of about 9 individual photos, then stitched together in Photoshop. Wasn't sure how it would work since the street to the right is a steep hill, but all in all, I was pleased with the results. We really enjoyed our time in the city while on vacation!
